    Organisation: Kairos Connexion - (Re)Church & MicroChurch Network

    Location: Remote (with occasional travel for events)

    Role Purpose We are seeking a creative and mission-minded Content Creator to help us tell stories, share resources, and communicate the vision of the Kairos and it’s microchurch network. Your work will give expression to what God is doing in and through established missional focused church, and emerging micro-church networks, inspiring and equipping others through our website, whats app channel and social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook and Youtube)

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop engaging content for the website, social media, and newsletters.

    Share stories of micro-church leaders and communities in accessible and inspiring formats.

    Support promotion of events, gatherings, and resources.

    Maintain a consistent tone and style that reflects the relational and missional heart of the Microchurch Network.

    Collaborate with the leadership team to shape communication strategies and campaigns.

    Person Specification

    Strong storytelling and communication skills (especially writing but perhaps also photography, audio, design and/ or video).

    Experience in digital content creation

    Creative eye for visuals, design, and presentation

    Alignment with the vision and values of the Microchurch Network

    Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively with Comms Director and Comms Admin who will schedule and manage postings

  • Brave Community Pathway Learning Community Administrator


    Organistaion: Kairos Connexion - Microchurch Network Stream

    Hours: 2-3 hours per week (1 day per week before events)

    Rate: £14 per hour

    Contract: Freelance/Contract basis

    Role Purpose

    To provide administrative support to the Brave Community Pathway leadership team and facilitate smooth operations of the learning community experience.

    Key Responsibilities

    Communication Management

    Handle all communications on behalf of the Hub leader

    Receive applications, organise references, and set up discernment conversations

    Communicate with applicants throughout their recruitment process

    Notify participants of upcoming event details and details as needed

    Moderate the hub's community communication tools (Email and WhatsApp group)

    Event Coordination

    Organise all aspects of in-person gatherings including venues, timing, resources, and additional team requirements

    Coordinate hospitality arrangements and prepare necessary materials

    Communicate with leadership and participant teams in advance of each gathering

    Administrative Support

    Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and circulate information for the delivery team

    Support the onboarding process for microchurch teams through information collection and appropriate data retention (Track on Platform: Airtable)

    Organise diaries for the hub team (preparation meetings, debriefs, consultancy meetings)

    Order resources as required

    Track Pathway spending and communicate with team for budget management

    Essential Requirements

    Organised with excellent attention to detail

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and quick learner on digital platforms. We use Notion, Zoom, and Airtable

    Flexible approach to work

    Education to A-level standard or equivalent

    Previous administrative experience

    Organisation: Kairos Connexion Charity

    Hours: 12 hours per week (with Tuesday/Wednesdays Office Time)

    Rate: £15 per hour

    Role Purpose

    Provide administrative and organisational support to the Director and wider team, ensuring smooth and effective running of the charity's daily operations. Central to helping manage priorities, communications, and projects through various administrative and coordination tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    Day-to-day administrative support including diary management, scheduling, and correspondence

    Maintain records, files, and databases for accurate and accessible information

    Support preparation of reports, presentations, and fundraising/grant documentation

    Assist with internal/external communications and social media/website updates

    Organise meetings, events, and training sessions; take minutes and follow up on actions

    Oversee financial administration: process invoices, expenses, maintain accounts records

    Liaise with trustees, stream enablers, volunteers, donors, and external partners

    Undertake general office management tasks

    Essential Requirements Desirable

    Organised with excellent attention to detail

    Strong communication & interpersonal skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace

    Quick learner on digital platforms (Google, Notion,

    Zoom, Airtable, Claude.AI, Xero)
