Since its inception, Kairos Connexion has been deeply committed to placing mission and discipleship at the very heart of church life. We has walked alongside hundreds of churches, helping them transition into vibrant, truly missional communities.

In this new season, we are joining with church leaders and missional people to (re)imagine church for their place. Our vision is to see the church full of disciple makers that bring real transformation. We recognize the vital importance of helping churches (re)lease their potential, (re)vive their passion, (re)store their purpose—all for the glory of Jesus and the (re)newal of culture.

We’d love to connect with you.

  • Become a “Family” member

You are welcome to be a friend of Kx or a family member.

    • Friends are welcome at any of our Kx events and in community with us.

    • Family churches recognise that they want to be more connected through deeper relationships and part of a shared journey. More details on the relationship as a family member can be discussed with the director.

When your church becomes a Kx family church member, you connect to:

    • A network of leaders who can learn from and support each other on the journey

    • A family of churches of all denominations (and none) who connect around shared vision and values

    • A place of innovation and shared learning around worship, mission, community, and discipleship. A resource for coaching you in emotional health, spiritual direction, and missional formation.

  • A Huddle is a transformative discipleship space designed to support and encourage missional disciples to imitate Jesus in character and competency.

If you are interested in joining a Huddle contact Jeff Lothamer, Director.

  • Come explore your city with fellow Kx family members and discover the amazing Christian stories hidden in your own backyard. We'll walk together through local streets, sharing tales of faith from the past while getting to know each other in the present. There's something magical about hearing how God has moved in our land while building real friendships along the way. Every walk ends the best way possible—around a table sharing great food and drinks, because that's where Jesus always shows up. It's history, community, and connection all rolled into one unforgettable experience.

Will you host a City Walk? Contact Jeff Lothamer, Director.

  • We're big believers that nothing beats face-to-face time when it comes to building the kind of relationships that fuel real transformation. That's why we prioritise regular calls and visits throughout our network—whether it's our support team checking in with local leaders or Kx family members connecting with each other across regions. These aren't just social catch-ups (though they're definitely fun); they're the lifeline that keeps our movement strong and growing. When we sit around someone's kitchen table or grab coffee in their neighborhood, that's where the real encouragement happens, fresh ideas spark, and genuine partnerships form. Don't wait for us to reach out—take the initiative to plan visits with other Kx folks in your area or further afield, and definitely put in a request if you'd love a visit from our support team. This relational network is what makes everything else possible.

If you would like a visit from our support team contact Jeff Lothamer, Director.

  • Once a year, missional leaders and church teams from across the country gather for our legendary BaseCamp—a transformative retreat that's part training, part inspiration, and all about building the movement together. Whether you're a seasoned church leader or just starting your missional journey, BaseCamp is where breakthrough happens. You'll dive deep into practical tools, learn from others who are seeing real transformation in their communities, and leave with fresh vision for what God wants to do through you. Plus, there's nothing quite like the energy when hundreds of passionate disciples get together in one place. Come ready to be challenged, encouraged, and equipped for the year ahead—this is where the Kx family really comes alive.

The next base camp gathering is 6-7 March, 2026.

Schedule a call with Jeff Lothamer, Director for more information.

We offer experiences that catalyse you and your team.

In a Spiritual Health MOT, we'll take an honest look at where you are in your relationship with God, identify the growth points that excite you, and spot the areas that need some intentional care. It's not about guilt or measuring up—it's about creating a clear picture of your spiritual journey and discovering practical next steps that will deepen your faith and strengthen your walk with Jesus.

  • Your emotional wellbeing isn't separate from your ministry—it's foundational to it. An Emotional Health MOT gives you space to honestly assess how you're doing inside, recognize patterns that might be holding you back, and develop healthy rhythms that sustain you for the long haul. We'll explore everything from stress management to relationships to those inner battles we all face, helping you build the emotional resilience that makes missional living sustainable and joyful.
