Simon and Ceri Harris lead Wholehearted Leadership (wholehearted.solutions), a ministry and coaching practice based in Ipswich that empowers leaders to flourish from their true selves. For them, leadership is fundamentally about being a disciplemaker—releasing others into their God-given capacity.

With nearly three decades of experience leading Burlington Baptist Church in Ipswich, this husband-and-wife team brings theological depth and psychological insight to their global work with leaders, pioneers, and organizations. They are authors of Wholehearted Leadership, which addresses the crisis of leadership burnout and offers an invitation to lead from a deeper place rooted in authenticity and wholeness.

Ceri serves as an Executive Coach across marketplace, charity, and church sectors, helping teams work better together and leaders discover their true capacity. Simon works globally training leaders to discover freedom in their Jesus-shaped calling.

Together they work with Catalyse Change and the 5Q collective, helping churches release missional disciples through a rediscovery of the APEST gifts. They live in Suffolk with four grown children and three grandchildren.
