From treating patients as a GP in Bristol to planting churches and building missionary communities, Nic has spent over three decades discovering what it takes to transform lives and cities. His journey from medical practice to pioneering Frontline Church—which grew to 1000 people—gives him unique insight into both caring for individuals and building thriving communities.

As former national director of Kairos Connexion and current pioneer of the City Reaching stream, Nic has equipped leaders across the country to multiply brave communities of missionary disciples. He also leads Together for the Harvest, an ambitious 10-year vision to reach every person in the Liverpool City Region with the gospel, while continuing to plant Microchurches locally.

Nic's coaching draws from his extensive experience in church planting, leadership development, and city-wide transformation. He's authored six books and works with dioceses and city leadership coalitions nationwide.
