Microchurch: Go D.e.e.p. is a 2-year transformational journey where you and your core team will:
Discern your next steps through intentional listening to Jesus
Engage with other passionate leaders walking the same path
Embrace His calling together with practical frameworks that actually work and
Practice it all in the unique place God has planted you.
Join this cohort for 5 powerful in-person gatherings, ongoing online coaching, and the community you've been craving as you discover what it looks like to see His kingdom advance right where you are.
Who is this for?
This transformational journey is designed for teams who are:
Stirred by Jesus to plant, lead, and develop a new missional communities that can become a multiplying microchurch
Existing microchurch teams (whether 6 months or 3 years in) ready to go deeper in their mission and multiply disciples
Emerging communities seeking practical frameworks and spiritual discernment to see church emerge and grow
Whether you're just sensing God's call or already pioneering missional community, we're looking for teams committed to making disciples and seeing His kingdom advance in their unique place.
All applicants need a character reference as part of the exploration process.
What does this experience offer?
There are 5 Themes explored together:
Vision and discernment - learning to hear Jesus together
Leading and teams - building healthy, sustainable leadership
Formation and core practices - developing rhythms that shape disciples
Planting and discipling - practical principles for multiplication
Growth and multiplication - envision your microchurch flourishing and reproducing
Every six months will include:
Two-day in-person gathering led by Jeff and Christie Lothamer, Jazz Shaban, & Neil Townsend.
Mid-way online check-in
Regular mentor/coach meetings
Ongoing peer community support

Each gathering creates a fun, engaging, relational learning environment with food, worship, teaching, reflection, and plenty of dedicated team time to work on your community's specific calling and plans.

What does it cost?
Thanks to Kairos fundraising efforts, the majority of costs are subsidized to make this accessible for emerging communities.
Investment: £35 per person, per gathering = £175 total per person for the complete 2.5-year journey
Accommodation: We're happy to arrange host homes near the venue, or you can find your own accommodation if preferred.
