MCN Networks

We believe a church is a group of people called by God to worship together, build genuine community, and make disciples. We call these small, mission-focused communities microchurches.

When multiple microchurches in an area share common values and commit to supporting each other, they form a microchurch network.

To keep these networks healthy and accountable, we gather experienced leaders into leadership collectives that provide guidance and support.

Feeling called? Have a microchurch or a network that needs a decentralised anchor? Let’s chat.

This is a story of a simple coffee shop that catalysed a thriving network of relationships that is witnessing to the love of Jesus and bringing life to a small market town in Oxfordshire.

The Lothamers and Catons share how they were called out of traditional megachurch ministry to pioneer discipleship and pursue a new wineskin for church. FLTRCoffee became a space where authentic discipleship, genuine community, and missional living intersect over expertly crafted coffee.

Their journey illustrates the heart of the Microchurch Network movement: empowering ordinary believers to plant brave Kingdom communities in the places where they live, work, and play.
