Jeff Lothamer

I'm passionate about ecouraging the entrepreneural spirit among God’s people and creating Brave communities and Kingdom spaces that reimagine and renew UK church and culture.

My journey has taken me from Grand Rapids, Michigan to the growing town of Bicester, England, where Christie and I have been pioneering new expressions of church for over a decade. When we moved here in 2011, Bicester was already one of England's fastest-growing towns, and we knew God was calling us to reach people who would never darken the door of a traditional church.

What I love most about coaching is helping leaders break through the "we've never done it this way before" mentality and step into the unknown with collective courage. Whether it's planting a microchurch network, opening a community coffee shop, or starting a basketball club, I believe God's people are called to be pioneers who extend the kingdom into ordinary places.

I love helping leaders with:

  • Discovering and developing apostolic leadership gifts

  • Building high-performing teams (I'm Working Genius certified)

  • Creating organizational cultures that empower others

  • Entrepreneurial innovation and kingdom business ventures

  • Developing microchurch networks and missional communities

When I'm not coaching, you'll probably find me at FLTR Coffee (our specialty coffee shop), coaching the Bicester Badgers Basketball Club, or planning the next pioneering adventure with Christie and our three kids. I describe myself as a pioneer—always ready for something new, which keeps life interesting!
