The Kairos Connexion Team
Nic, who founded Frontline church in Liverpool, leads the team who give input to leaders and churches across England and Wales. Nic is married to Jenny, has four grown up daughters and 8 grandchildren. Nic was a GP in a former life and moved to Liverpool in 1991 to plant Frontline Church. Frontline has now been handed on to a new leadership team.
Nic brings long range strategy and day to day direction for the development of Kairos Connexion and he is supported by a Board and a Delivery Team.
Jennie has recently joined the Kx Team as our Operations Manager. She is a keen lover of process and organisation and is using those skills in the Liverpool office helping Kx to grow from strength to strength. Jennie supports Nic and the team in the day to day running of the office and also provides support to our Board of Trustees.
Angelika Muguluma is the Administrator in the Kx Liverpool Office. Angelika is part of the Frontline Church family and lives in Liverpool with her husband Michael and son Andrew. She enjoys watching football with her family and is a keen baker.
With a background in marketing and advertising, John is retired from his commercial business but keeps his hand in as a non exec director and mentor to a number of younger business men and women. John’s passion is to see God’s Kingdom and influence grow in our cities and regions through churches working collaboratively with one another to demonstrate His love. John lives in Sheffield with his wife Liz, loves to travel, play golf, fish and drink good coffee.
Jenny is a Pioneer Minister with the Church of England and also teaches at St. Millitus College. Jenny is married to Gareth who lead’s St Laurence’s Church, Coventry and they both have a passion for training and investing in young leaders, and are excited to be working with Kairos Connexion in developing coaching pathways for churches and their teams.
They love good coffee, tasty food, movies and visiting the seaside whenever they can. Together with their children Jessica (4) and Caleb (2), the Irvines are learning to live lives of adventure following Jesus in faith, hope & love.
