Reimagine Church: Module 1, Missional Culture

Welcome to Reimagine Church online training.
These 4 modules over 40 weeks will take you through the vital topics of
1. Missional Culture
2. Discipleship Culture
3. Community Culture
4. Leadership Culture
Each module is composed of 3 parts
– 4 weeks of input to the senior leadership team. The first input is a deep dive introduction of 180 mins, followed by 3 shorter inputs of 90 mins. They are all a mixture of video input plus team discussion. All video inputs can be watched directly from the website or from the YouTube link.
– 6 weeks of input to the small groups, covering similar ground, but at a slightly simpler level, with plenty of discussion and group exercises. With the small group inputs are pdfs of different sets of notes, both for the small group leaders, and the group members.
– 6 weeks of sermon outlines for those who would like to accompany the 3 modules with Sunday sermons that go alongside.

Prior to that Nic had his own general medical practice in Bristol where along with his wife he pioneered a number of congregations over the 18 years of his involvement in the local church. He was bi-vocational in ministry and general practice for 12 years before giving up medicine in 1993.

About your tutor: Jennie Taylor
Jennie worked as an Operations Manager, co- leading alongside Nic Harding in Kairos Connexion and Together for the Harvest from 2016 - 2022.
Having previously trained and worked as a Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor, working with church leaders may not seem the most obvious segue. But Jennie’s love of learning, her keen eye for detail and ability to create processes and order out of ideas, visions and other people’s plans helped her to bring Kx ideas off the page and into reality.
