In partnership with Elim training we are pleased to announce the launch of a series of three training webinars across 2018 for church leaders wanting to develop missional discipleship in their church.

These webinars have been designed to help church leaders to train their key leaders and teams in developing the missional, discipleship and leadership culture in their churches. Participants are invited to gather a team in their local setting on these 3 Saturday mornings in 2018 to watch and participate in the webinar. Included in the cost is a place for the Senior Leader in an 8 session online Coaching Huddle with an experienced Kx practitioner, which will help you to embed the principles you learn into your local setting.

Church leaders are encouraged to then work out how to to apply and process the training content in a way that makes best sense for your local context.

Places are limited and are at a cost of £310* per church for the full 12 months. If you would like to find out more email [email protected]

The Webinars will take place over Zoom (free to download and use) and will run from 9:30am – 12:30pm on Saturdays 20th January, 19th May and 29th September on the following 3 themes.

    1 ‘Missional culture’ 20th January

Learn how to use the disciple-makers journey tool to help your members identify people of peace and invite them on a journey of discipleship. Gain understanding of how to help your small groups identity their missional focus and vision and find tools to sharpen your own practice as a missionary.

    2 ‘Discipleship culture’ 19th May

You will learn how to help all your members become learners, disciples. You will discover the four discipleship spaces and how to apply them to your small groups.

    3 ‘Leadership culture’ 29th September

You will grow in experience of the most effective leadership disciple making tools. You will begin to grow your leadership pipeline.

We highly recommend the training takes place in a location which has a reliable internet connection, and where participants can comfortably see the screen.

  3. Living on the Frontline

One of the things the Kairos Connexion development team are up to is creating tools and new forms of training to help churches become able to live as the church was always intended to be – full of power and authority, vibrant communities, sharing the good news of Jesus to those we find ourselves living and working amongst. Over the next year we will be offering those to the Kx family and beyond.

One of the first of those is a new and updated edition of Nic Harding’s book on spiritual warfare entitled ‘Living on the Frontline: A beginner’s guide to spiritual warfare.’

‘This second expanded edition of Living on the Frontline incorporates further teaching on prayer and the use of corporate weapons of warfare. This beginner’s guide to spiritual warfare is essential for any Christian who wants to work together with Jesus and his church to ultimately deliver the deathblow to the enemy. This updated edition of Living on the Frontline was developed in response to an unprecedented level of attacks on key leaders and churches, especially in the areas of false accusation, marriage pressures, illness and premature death. It will help to equip individual Christians and churches to defend themselves more effectively and enforce the victory of the cross in their situations.’

The book will be available to buy at the official launch at our Leaders Day on Wednesday 22nd November or you can order it from Amazon here.  We highly recommend it to you!
